Jane Dalton

Having attained a first-class MBA from Cambridge University, Jane has managed brand strategy and innovation projects for companies with global brand reach for the past 25 years.

Her experience covers strategic marketing, new product & service development and activation of everyday innovation.

In 2008, Jane set up Groundswell Innovation as an independent agency specialising in the commercialisation of new ideas. Prior to this she worked as a consultant and senior consultant at The Value Engineers (Cello Group).

Since 2020, Jane has been an active member of Lancashire Innovation Board. She continues to be an Entrepreneur in Residence at top 10 ranking Lancaster University and a Trustee for Citizens Advice North Lancashire as well as global health charity, Period Reality.
